Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney

Strong & Hanni has an opportunity for an associate litigation attorney in one of our insurance defense litigation practices. This position will join an established practice group focused on defense litigation. Strong & Hanni has offices in both SLC and Sandy, Utah. This position will primarily practice from our Sandy, Utah office

Requirements

· 2 + years of litigation experience

· Prior insurance defense experience preferred

· Must be licensed to practice in the State of Utah

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Ability to take and defend depositions

· Skilled in legal research methods

· Ability to brief and argue motions

· Excellent writing skills and legal analysis

· Must be organized and self-motivated

· Must possess a strong work ethic and demonstrate a history of effectively working independently and delivering a consistent work product
