Associate Attorney

We are seeking an experienced mid-level to senior attorney to join our talented team.

Join our dynamic legal team as an Associate Attorney, where you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive legal support across a diverse range of practice areas. You will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting documents, taking depositions, appearing in court, and assisting with client matters while working closely with senior attorneys to deliver exceptional service. Duties

  • Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case development and legal analysis.
  • Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, written discovery, memoranda, and correspondence with precision and clarity.
  • Assist in preparing for hearings, depositions, negotiations, and trials by organizing case files and evidence.
  • Support attorneys in managing client relationships by providing timely updates and addressing inquiries professionally.
  • Participate in negotiations on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes while adhering to ethical standards.
  • Stay informed on developments in a number of legal fields.
  • Maintain meticulous records of legal research and administrative tasks within the law office management system.

Skills

  • Strong research skills utilizing the Westlaw platforms for comprehensive legal analysis.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear and persuasive legal documents and correspondence.
  • Effective negotiation skills demonstrated through previous experience or coursework.
  • Legal drafting proficiency combined with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Prior legal administrative experience that supports efficient case management and office operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $175,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
