Associate Attorney

Smith Knowles PLLC, with its principal office in Ogden, Utah, is looking for a motivated Associate Attorney who wants to develop real skills specifically in the HOA practice area and grow alongside experienced attorneys who value mentorship and professional balance.

Responsibilities

· The Associate Attorney will work directly with senior partners and clients. You will draft pleadings, governing documents, and correspondence; conduct legal research; assist with client meetings; and appear in court. This position offers immediate responsibility, client contact, and the opportunity to grow. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, be highly motivated and hard-working, and be able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Position is located primarily in Ogden, Utah
  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Idaho bar license.
  • 2–5 years of legal experience in a law firm or related legal setting.
  • Strong writing, research, and organizational skills.
  • Professional, dependable, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable communicating with clients and opposing counsel.
