Associate Attorney

Seeking a Texas licensed attorney to handle a personal injury docket that will consist mostly of auto accidents and some premise liability at a prestigious long established plaintiff’s personal injury firm. The position will involve handling a docket of cases in litigation and pre-litigation. Some experience is preferred but not necessarily required as there will be supervision and mentoring with a team approach to handling the docket. The position will offer a base salary with an opportunity to make a majority of the compensation with a bonus commission structure.
