About us

Loebsack & Brownlee, PLLC, an established practitioner of Landlord-Tenant Law, is a single-purpose Law Firm that focuses exclusively on providing legal services to professionally managed properties in the Carolinas and Georgia. We provide legal advice, counsel and courtroom representation on matters relating to the residential dispossessory process.

Our new Associate Attorney position will be located in Greenville/Spartanburg area in South Carolina and will primarily provide legal counsel and courtroom representation to our clients in various counties in the surrounding area.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1-2 years in civil litigation experience, however, recent graduates licensed to practice in South Carolina will also be considered and are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court and handle litigation matters
- Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Conduct legal research and provide legal advice to clients
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
- Attend hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings
- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure effective case management

Skills:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software

As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in court, handling litigation matters, and negotiating settlements. You will work closely with colleagues and support staff to ensure effective case management. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar association are required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
