Associate Attorney

The firm is seeking an associate attorney to join our legal practice in Dallas, Texas. We represent governmental entities in the collection of delinquent government receivables, primarily in the area of property tax. A minimum of three years of general civil litigation experience that includes motion hearings, bench trials, depositions, discovery and familiarity with the appellate process. Experience as a municipal prosecutor or county attorney/prosecutor will also be considered as equivalent to civil litigation experience.
