Associate Attorney
Position Overview
My client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join their legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing complex commercial litigation cases, providing support in government investigations, and representing clients in federal matters. This role is essential in ensuring the effective delivery of legal services and upholding our firm's commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and management of complex commercial litigation cases

Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including briefs and motions

Support senior attorneys in court proceedings and negotiations

Participate in discovery and witness preparation

Handle government investigation matters and liaise with relevant authorities

Work collaboratively with clients to understand their legal needs and provide sound advice

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
Qualifications
-
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction

Experience in commercial litigation, preferably with a focus on federal cases

Completion of a federal clerkship is highly desirable

Strong analytical and research skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
