Associate Attorney - Commercial Real Estate

Boutique law firm is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented associate attorney with two to five years of relevant professional experience to join its Commercial Real Estate law practice in Savannah, Georgia. This is a new, full time position. If you are the ideal candidate, you will have the following qualifications and/or experience:

• Facilitating commercial real estate transactions in the retail, hospitality, multi-family, and industrial sectors, including experience with real estate acquisitions and dispositions, real estate development and construction;
• Commercial real estate leasing experience representing landlords and tenants;
• Drafting and negotiating real estate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and development related documents such as construction documents, easement agreements and CC&Rs;
• Reviewing due diligence documentation related to real property, including title, survey, environmental, organizational/authority documentation, construction documents and service contracts;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, superior analytical skills and the ability to manage client engagements;
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, the ability to manage multiple files and prioritize accordingly and the desire to assume a high degree of responsibility; and
• Most of all, we are looking for a person who wants to learn this area of law and is willing to put in the hard work to become an exceptional commercial real estate attorney.

SLG is posting a reasonable estimate of a compensation range for an associate attorney with two to five years of experience. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to the level of relevant experience, skill sets, training, licensure and certifications, market data, and other job-related factors permitted by law. The range is based on a full-time, in person work schedule.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
