Associate Attorney - Litigation

• Construction-related disputes

• Products liability and professional liability cases
• Motor vehicle accidents and premises liability

Responsibilities:

• Manage cases from inception through trial and arbitration
• Provide strategic guidance and handle all phases of litigation
• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys in a flexible, hybrid work environment

Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in civil litigation, with a focus on defending claims across a variety of areas
• NC license required; candidates should reside in Western NC as this is a hybrid working environment
• Demonstrated experience leading cases to resolution, including trials and arbitrations
• Strong advocacy, organizational, and client communication skills
