representing clients in a wide range of complex cases. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic record, exceptional legal research and writing skills, and a passion for

advocating for our clients.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough legal research and analysis, including case law, statutes, and regulations.

* Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

* Conduct client interviews, gather evidence, and prepare cases for trial.

* Manage a diverse caseload, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks efficiently.

* Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.

* Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, opposing counsel, and the court.

* Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure seamless case management.

* Stay informed on current legal developments in personal injury and healthcare law.

* Participate in business development activities as needed.

* Mentor junior associates or paralegals.

Qualifications:

* Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

* Admission to the Georgia Bar.

* 3 years of experience in personal injury and healthcare law.

* Strong understanding of personal injury litigation, including negligence, medical malpractice, and product liability.

* Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

* Superior communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to manage a demanding workload and meet deadlines effectively.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

* Experience with legal case management software MyCase.

* Experience with medical record review

* Bilingual skills in Spanish required.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
