Job Summary

The Brand Manager Associate supports the execution of brand activities across content, campaigns, and operations. This role works closely with senior team members to ensure smooth coordination, timely delivery, and consistency in brand communication and customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day brand operations and assist in managing schedules, reports, and coordination
  • Assist in client communication, follow-ups, and meeting preparation
  • Help translate briefs into actionable tasks for internal teams
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track project progress and deadlines
  • Support execution of marketing campaigns, shoots, and brand activations
  • Create and schedule engaging social media content aligned with brand identity
  • Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries/messages
  • Track performance metrics and assist in preparing reports and insights
  • Support online sales operations, order processing, and customer service
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to follow up on timelines and deliveries


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Communication, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, brand coordination, social media, or e-commerce
  • Internship experience in fashion, retail, or creative industries is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic content creation (videos, reels, social media posts)
  • Understanding of social media platforms and trends
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce and online operations
  • Ability to assist in campaign and project coordination
  • Canva, CapCut (basic editing)
  • Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe tools is a plus
  • Social media tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok)
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to support multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to follow instructions and execute efficiently
  • Ability to collaborate with different teams
  • Ability to maintain brand consistency in execution
