Associate Brand Manager

Job Purpose:

To drive flawless execution of brand and campaign plans across all channels, ensuring speed, consistency, and high-quality delivery while supporting the Senior Brand Manager in achieving brand objectives, both retail businesses and DTC.



Responsibilities:


General Accountabilities:

  • Act independently in managing day-to-day marketing execution while aligning with brand strategy and business priorities.
  • Apply strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines .
  • Use data and performance insights to support decision-making and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and a proactive approach in resolving issues and driving results.


J ob Specific Accountabilities:


  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, digital, on-ground) in line with Nova brand plans.
  • Coordinate end-to-end campaign rollout: briefing, production, approvals and launch.
  • Ensure all deliverables are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Act as a touch point of coordination between marketing, sales, trade marketing, digital teams, and external agencies.
  • Conduct research and analyze key trends, while delivering assigned project tasks.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on timelines, deliverables, and campaign priorities.
  • Work closely with creative, media, and production agencies to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Follow up proactively to ensure speed and efficiency in execution.



Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any relevant field


Minimum Experience

  • 4–6 years of experience in Marketing preferably in FMCG or a consumer-driven industry
  • Experience in campaign execution(ATL + BTL + digital) and agency management
