Associate Business Analyst

Job brief

A Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing and evaluating the requirements and making recommendations for improvement. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and help identify areas for improvement. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of requirement processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop business cases for new initiatives or product modifications.

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to define scope and provide detailed requirements.

• Develop, analyze, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers.

• Conduct impact analysis.

• Act as a proxy product owner and bridge between the product owner and development team.

• Bring innovation and strong attention to detail to the role, with a passion for problem-solving.

This role requires you to be innovative have strong attention to detail with a passion for problem-solving, and know how to energize cross-functional teams around a problem.

Skills required:

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelors in CS, IT.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

• Experience with wireframe tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.

• Knowledge of Scrum and requirement analysis, gathering, requirements management, and planning (prioritization, change control).

• Strong experience in standard requirements gathering and analysis.
