Tesla is looking for an Associate Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Customer Support analytics team. You will help transform complex global data into insights that improve operational efficiency and elevate customer experience. This role supports key initiatives across global customer support operations.
You will partner with project managers, analysts, engineers, and business leaders to design dashboards, automate reporting, and improve data accessibility across systems. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong analytical and technical skills, and is passionate about leveraging data to drive innovation at scale.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop advanced BI and automation skills, work with high-impact datasets, and contribute to optimizing Tesla’s global support organization.
What You'll Do-
Build and maintain dashboards and data visualizations in Tableau

Develop and refine queries using SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, and Vertica

Use Python for data processing, automation, and advanced analytics

Analyze trends and KPIs such as CSAT, average handle time, and recontact rate

Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into data solutions

Automate recurring reporting workflows for scalability and efficiency

Present insights to leadership through clean, concise visual storytelling and reporting
What You'll Bring-
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience

SQL proficiency across multiple databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle)

Working knowledge of Python for analytics and automation

Strong experience with Tableau or other BI visualization platforms

Understanding of key support metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT) and contact center analytics

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
