Associate Business Manager

T&S is a rapidly growing B2B service provider in the GCC offering end-to-end corporate business and digital solutions.

We are looking for Associate Business Managers in Abha, Jeddah, and Dammam, in Saudi Arabia.

As an Associate Business Manager , you will be responsible for owning and achieving the business goals and objectives by creating and nurturing the Certified Partner ecosystem.

As part of the Customer Centric organization, an ABM should be able to help the assigned Certified Partners create long-term and short-term Business Plans and identify key initiatives for the defined period that will directly or indirectly impact and increase customer satisfaction. This includes what the partner aspires for and what should be the key focus areas of activities that will help the Certified Partner reach the aspiration within the set timeline.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure a delightful customer and partner experience.
• Knowledge transfer and Implementation of organizational programs and policies with partners.
• Plan lead generation activities/events with partners to acquire new customers.
• Establish a periodic review cadence with partners.
• Ensure complete understanding of each partner's business operations, profile of customers, etc.
• Publish work-related updates to all the stakeholders.
• Keep track and get information about competitors and their activities in the market.
• Knowledge about the market trends and market dynamics in the operating segment.
• Should be willing to travel to the outskirts markets beyond the work location.

Requirements:

• 2-5 Years of Experience in Partner Management, with proactive lead generation techniques.
• IT hardware distribution/partner management exposure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good selling, and negotiation skills.
• Accounting knowledge & MS – Office skills.
• Fair understanding of B2B purchasing behavior and SME Operations.
• Good understanding of the organization’s policies and processes related to customers and partners.
