  • Orders and returns for all supported channels.
  • Fulfill all customer requests through wincash and wincash closing on daily basis
  • Provide end of day cash to G4S on daily basis
  • Establish and follow a continuous performance improvement plan for self and the team managed in order to ensure continuous personal and professional development.
  • Motivate the team to consistently better perform against KPI's in order to achieve productivity and process improvement efficiencies.
  • Continually develop own skills and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of system and work
  • Develop and work closely with sales team to design and implement work processes, instructions and methods ensuring they are applied in a seamless and consistent manner in order to achieve required support levels for the channel
  • Update warehouse and management to provide stock forecast based on weekly sales and re-order stock based on requirements received from stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in business administration or sales and marketing
Experience
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the telecom industry
  • Good understanding of Logistics and supply chain projects and areas - an advantage
Skills
  • Fluency in English - written, spoken. Added advantage if fluent in Arabic.
  • Excellent communication, planning and analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office applications specifically excel and power-point
  • Ability to respond positively under pressure and work to tight deadlines
  • Proactively act and react to different situations that require urgent decision-making and operational support and effect quick turnaround
  • Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to communicate effectively in person
  • Self motivated, with a CAN-DO attitude, drive, initiative and deliver against results
  • Creative problem solving and resolution skills with an attitude focused on achieving win win outcomes
