Key Responsibilities
Operations & Logistics
- Coordinate delivery schedules with drivers and installation teams
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of furniture to customers
- Track orders from production to final delivery
- Handle logistics planning and route coordination
Purchasing & Supplier Management
- Source materials and supplies required for production
- Communicate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and delivery timelines
- Monitor stock levels and reorder materials when necessary
- Maintain purchase records and invoices
Customer Coordination
- Contact customers regarding delivery updates
- Follow up on complaints or issues and ensure resolution
- Coordinate site visits when required
- Maintain professional communication with clients at all times
General Operations Support
- Assist factory management with daily operational tasks
- Prepare reports related to deliveries, purchasing, and operations
- Maintain proper documentation and records
- Support workflow improvements and efficiency initiatives
Requirements
- Previous experience in operations, logistics, or purchasing (Furniture industry experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
- Good knowledge of UAE routes and logistics coordination
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
- Must be organized, responsible, and solution-oriented
