ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Distribute flight arrival/departure details to ramp crews and pilots.
• Communicate gate assignments and load info to ground handlers.
• Log and update flight schedules and aircraft turn times.
• Arrange accommodation for passengers impacted by delays.
• Respond to the flight crew and ground staff inquiries.
• Assist passenger agents as needed.
• Support planning of aircraft parking configurations.
• Complete administrative logs, records, and paperwork.
• Identify opportunities to improve airport efficiency.

TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED:

• Radios and aviation communication systems.
• Flight info displays and gate assignment boards.
• Phones, computers, printers, fax machines.
• Baggage handling systems and equipment.

SKILLS:

• Prior dispatch or operations experience preferred.
• Aviation industry knowledge.
• Communication and coordination skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Judgment-solving flight issues.
• Timeliness and ability to multitask.
• Composure under pressure.

EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or GED required.
