Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain clinical content, including treatment pathways, order sets, and documentation templates for various medical specialties.
- Analyze clinical workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven, AI-enhanced solutions to boost efficiency and patient care.
- Collaborate with clinicians, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure clinical content is evidence-based, up-to-date, and aligned with the latest medical guidelines.
- Work closely with the EMR and AI development teams to seamlessly integrate clinical content and intelligent workflows into the software ecosystem.
- Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure clinical content and workflows function as intended within the EMR and AI modules.
- Provide training and support to clinicians and other end-users on effectively utilizing the clinical content and intelligent workflows within the EMR.
- Collaborate with top-tier healthcare professionals and our agile tech team to continuously enhance clinical modules.
- Drive measurable improvements in patient care, decision support, and clinical efficiency through innovative digital health and AI initiatives.
Qualifications:
- MBBS degree from a HEC Recognized University.
- Familiarity with EMR systems, clinical workflows, and healthcare informatics.
- Knowledge of medical terminologies and coding systems (e.g., ICD-10, CPT, SNOMED CT).
- Experience in clinical research, data analysis, and content development.
- Strong understanding of evidence-based medicine and clinical practice guidelines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an EMR or healthcare technology setting.
. Familiarity with US Healthcare system is preferred.
