About this opportunity
Individual will be working for Clinical Education role having an opportunity to collaborate with sales leadership, Marketing and customer support to ensure training effectiveness need to solve various challenging problem.

Location : - Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore/Chennai (Any One)


Role expectations


In this role, you will…
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing and customer support to ensure training effectiveness
  • Partner cross functionally on training strategy, training protocol, product development (to name a few)
  • Evaluate the training model(s) and content to identify opportunities for continued improvement
  • Develop and execute strategies for program improvement
  • Provide coaching to individual trainers on all aspects of their role
  • Drive professional growth and development
  • Develop and Deliver reports to key stakeholders
  • Manage the capacity plan to meet corporate objectives
  • Strategize on training scheduling improvements
  • Plan and facilitate trainer meetings
  • Co-travel with trainers (virtual and physical)
  • Respond to customer requests/complaints timely and effectively
  • Need to solve a variety of challenging problems
  • Review and approve expense reports in adherence with corporate policies
  • Manage expenses in accordance with the team budget
  • Co-ordination with Marketing team for launch activates
  • Keeping Track Record of Clinical Education Performance
  • Co-ordinate with Regions for Clinical Events and Training and also streamline IN with Regional Team also need to work with Local Team for execution
  • KOL Management and Speaker development
  • GP Launch activities and educational events
  • University onboarding
  • Post event Follow up and Analysis
  • Build up on Case Evidence
  • Case Studies and Research Papers

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • Masters in Orthodontics
  • 5+ years’ work experience in professional education or sales or operations
  • Proficiency with teaching in a virtual classroom environment, Learning Management Systems, Articulate Storyline, or other authoring software is desirable.
  • Experience managing 7-10 employees is a plus
  • Dental experience (clinical and/or technical) is a plus
  • Good knowledge with Excel
SKILLS REQUIRED: LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to communicate effectively with people in all areas of a company is vital. Willing to reassess and reorganize when traditional solutions aren't working. The incumbent should be able to work within a multi-cultural team and have superior interpersonal skills, able to multitask, as well as set priorities and meet deadlines. The incumbent should also have excellent management and supervisory skills.
