Associate Consultant - Telco BSS

Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable Telecom Charging & Billing consultant to manage, design, and optimize charging and billing workflows in telecom environments. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and efficient billing processes, maintain charging systems, and support the integration of new services. This role requires basic understanding of telecom billing systems, charging protocols, and revenue assurance.

Responsibilities:

Basic understanding of the dynamics of Telecom and IT industry.

Possess strong understanding of Charging & Billing flows.

Having knowledge of GSM/LTE/VAS services and networks.

Knowledge of IT-BSS domain (Business & Technical).

Qualification:

BE/BCS and a sound understanding of telecommunication technology and IT BSS landscape.

Experience of 0-2 years will be preferred.

Understanding of Cloud Native computing.

Having skillset on Linux/UNIX and Databases.

Analytical and independent learning ability.

Good Interpersonal and communication skills.

Problem analysis, investigation and troubleshooting ability.
