Cold Calling Expert – IT Sector

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Expert with 2 to 3 years of proven experience in the IT/software industry, particularly in selling SEO and Digital Marketing services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, identifying business opportunities, and qualifying leads for our sales pipeline. This role plays a key part in driving our growth and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Make high-volume outbound cold calls targeting the IT sector.

Promote and sell SEO and digital marketing services to potential clients.

Maintain accurate records of calls and conversations.

Stay updated with industry trends, products, and services to lead informed conversations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2 to 3 years of cold calling experience in a software house or IT firm.

Proven track record in selling SEO/Digital Marketing services.

Strong understanding of technical products and digital services.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.

Ability to handle objections professionally and stay resilient under pressure.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
