We’re looking for a visionary CD/ACD who thrives on big thinking and bold ideas.

You’re as comfortable crafting integrated campaign platforms and you can lead from concept through execution with clarity and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently generate disruptive, platform-worthy campaign ideas across both digital and traditional media.
• Own and lead projects from start to finish, with a clear creative vision across multiple touchpoints.
• Oversee multiple workstreams, manage teams, delegate effectively, and ensure excellence throughout production.
• Lead internal and client-facing presentations. Parse feedback with discernment, and know when and how to push back strategically.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to lead integrated campaigns from idea to execution.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Arabic is a strong plus; fluency in English is essential.
