Bright White Dental is seeking a dedicated and motivated Associate Dentist to join our growing team. We are a patient-centered practice focused on delivering high-quality care, and we’re looking for someone who is committed to building a long-term relationship with both our team and patients.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, potential to add Fridays
- Compensation: $900/day, transitioning to 35% commission after 3 months

. 2 years experience as a practicing provider, RCT proficiency (including molars) and other general dentistry skills.
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery.
- Execute dental extractions and root canal therapy with precision and care.
- Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients on oral health practices and treatment options.
- Stay current with advancements in dental technology and procedures.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
- Proficiency in dental software such as Dentrix is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and medical imaging.
- Familiarity with infection control standards and aseptic techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and comfort.
- Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is advantageous.
