Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to determine oral health needs.
  • Perform a wide range of dental procedures, including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, extractions, and implant placements.
  • Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Educate patients on oral health practices and treatment options.
  • Stay current with advancements in dental technology and practices.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix.
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology and medical terminology.
  • Experience in pediatric dentistry and understanding of child behavior management.
  • Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and anatomy knowledge.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform root canal therapy (RCT) and dental implant placements.
  • Excellent patient care skills with a focus on comfort, transparency, and satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation.
  • Previous experience in a dental office or clinical setting is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $150,291.11 - $250,425.84 per year

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
