As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a confident, self-sufficient Associate General Dentist to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver comprehensive general dentistry with a focus on quality and patient experience
• Work independently in a modern practice environment with supportive systems in place
• Diagnose, treatment plan, and perform procedures with confidence
• Educate patients and build long-term, trust-based relationships
• Embrace mentorship in digital dentistry (training provided, if needed)

What We’re Looking For

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited program
• Active (or eligible) DC dental license
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work autonomously
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset and openness to ownership opportunity

Compensation & Schedule

• Competitive percentage of collections (30%, with lab fees covered)
• Part-time schedule: 2 days per week (Tuesday and Thursday), with opportunity to expand as practice grows
• Unique opportunity for future ownership or buy-in
