Associate Dentist

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and will be proficient in various dental procedures. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient interactions and a solid understanding of dental terminology and practices. The Associate Dentist will work collaboratively with our team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Duties

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct general dentistry procedures, including dental examinations, cleanings, fillings, and extractions.
• Provide specialized care in areas such as pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery.
• Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and preventive care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
