Associate Dentist

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of dental practice. This role involves working collaboratively with our team to deliver comprehensive dental services, including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and specialized treatments.

Duties

• Provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Perform various dental procedures including but not limited to dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and endodontics.
• Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed in all clinical settings.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure optimal patient care and clinic operations.
• Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques to provide the best possible care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
