Talent Acquisition Manager - UK, EU, US & and The IN Group
We have an opportunity for an experienced 360 Recruitment leader to join our Dubai, TIG (The IN Group) practice and be a part of the founding team.
This role is suited to a high performing and experienced 360 recruitment leader with experience in the Technology & Transformation space within a Recruitment Agency or Executive Search Practice.
We plan to build a team of 10-12 FTEs focused on high-impact areas including technology and change recruitment, management consulting, and solution selling.
About The Role
As Head of Technology & Transformation, you will take ownership of developing and scaling our Technology & Change recruitment offering across the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team leadership: You will be leading a small high performing team of technology & transformation recruitment consultants.
- Client Development: Identify, target, and win new business opportunities with organisations undergoing digital or tech-led change in the Middle East.
- Consultative Selling: Lead client conversations with a solutions-first mindset, selling retained search, embedded hiring models, and project-based recruitment.
- Candidate Delivery: Build, engage, and manage a senior-level candidate network across CIO, CTO, CDO, CISO, Programme Leadership, Transformation, Product, Data, Cloud, ERP, and Cybersecurity.
- Leadership: Take a visible leadership role within the practice, mentoring consultants, shaping best practice, and contributing to the long-term growth strategy of the TIG's international operations.
- Market Expansion: Support the broader group's strategic expansion into the GCC tech sector helping to define service lines, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies.
- Relationship Building: Become a long-term strategic advisor to both clients and candidates, developing a reputation for quality, delivery, and partnership.
- Brand & Insight: Represent our brands with authority in the market; attending events, contributing to thought leadership, and advising on talent trends in the region.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in agency recruitment with a track record of high performance in technology, transformation, or change functions.
- Strong leadership skills and proven experience in leading and growing a high performing 360 technology recruitment team.
- Strong business development capabilities confident in opening, pitching, and closing new client opportunities at a senior level.
- Experience working with or placing talent in the Middle East, ideally including KSA and UAE.
- Comfortable navigating complex, consultative sales processes.
- Strong network of senior tech/transformation/change candidates and the ability to build relationships across borders and cultures.
- Commercially sharp, self-driven, and excited by building something with real impact.
