About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the real estate development sector. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for building strong hiring strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, and ensuring that Genova attracts and retains the best talent to drive its growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with company needs.

· Manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).

· Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and workforce planning.

· Build a strong employer brand to attract top industry talent.

· Maintain a strong candidate pipeline using online platforms, agencies, and networking.

· Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR best practices.

· Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.

· Oversee onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Minimum 3 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (real estate industry experience is highly preferred).

· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

· Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media platforms.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

· Knowledge of UAE labor laws and recruitment compliance.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
