Associate Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership and Management:
    Manage the entire development cycle of real estate projects, including design, construction, and delivery phases.
    Develop and implement strategic plans for projects, ensuring they align with the organization's overall goals.
    Oversee project budgets, financial forecasts, and performance analysis to ensure profitability.
    Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and project delivery, to achieve project milestones.
  • Strategic Planning and Business Development:
    Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new development opportunities and evaluate project feasibility.
    Assist in the preparation of business plans, presentations, and technical reports for senior management.
    Identify and implement strategies to optimize project value and cost-efficiency.
  • Stakeholder and Consultant Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government authorities, consultants, and contractors.
    Negotiate and manage agreements with consultants and other external parties.
    Ensure all projects comply with local legislation, standards, and codes of practice.
  • Risk and Quality Management:
    Proactively identify project risks and challenges and develop effective mitigation strategies.
    Ensure the highest standards of quality are maintained throughout the design and construction phases.
    Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure project accuracy and compliance.
  • Financial Oversight:
    Provide senior leadership with regular, detailed updates on project status, risks, and financial performance.
    Analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
