About the Role

As Associate Director - AI Process Transformation, you will:

• Act as the organization's AI evangelist, inspiring teams through thought leadership, roadshows, and capability-building.
• Lead cross-functional design squads to reimagine business processes, embedding GenAI agents, automation, and ML insights.
• Develop and maintain a rolling 18-month process transformation roadmap prioritized by ROI and strategic fit.
• Own the governance and value-realization framework, ensuring benefits are tracked, compliant, and sustainable.
• Codify best practices, templates, and AI playbooks to empower departments to self-serve future redesigns.
• Publish white papers, benchmarks, and success stories to showcase transformation impact.

Candidate Requirements

• 15+ years in business process re-engineering and digital transformation, with 5+ years leading enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Strong track record delivering GenAI, RPA, process mining, and workflow automation solutions.
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, and Design Thinking methodologies.
• Experience in change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR).
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to rally executives and frontline teams alike.
• Financial and analytical acumen, linking process redesign to tangible business outcomes.
