Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Director - Business Development to drive Masin's business growth in the UAE and the wider Middle East region. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business development within the contractor ecosystem or client acquisition and partnerships with law firms.

This role requires a strategic, client-focused professional capable of identifying and converting high-value opportunities, nurturing relationships across the construction and legal sectors, and positioning Masin as a trusted partner for dispute and expert services. You will collaborate closely with the leadership team to design and execute business strategies, lead client engagements, and contribute to the firm's long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the contractor and law firm segments.
  • Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring consistent engagement and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and business opportunities aligned with Masin's service offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong networks with key industry stakeholders, including contractors, developers, consultants, and legal partners.
  • Lead client meetings, prepare business proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth coordination with internal delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop marketing strategies, client acquisition plans, and partnership initiatives.
  • Represent Masin at seminars, conferences, and industry events to enhance visibility and brand presence.
  • Drive initiatives to improve client engagement, increase revenue streams, and support profitability objectives.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in business development best practices and client relationship management.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 5-6 years of proven experience in Business Development, preferably within the contractor segment or law firm partnerships.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the construction industry, dispute resolution processes, and client management in a B2B environment.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market dynamics, assess opportunities, and develop strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Mobility: Valid driving license is mandatory.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
