Omni-Channel Commercial Strategy
Objective:
Deliver profitable, non-cannibalised growth across online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
Define channel-wise assortment, pricing, and launch strategy for Online, EBOs, and SIS.
Build price ladders, launch windows, and SKU exclusivity to protect brand positioning.
Manage markdown and promotion architecture across channels
Ensure price parity and brand consistency across Myntra and physical retail.

International Buying & Supply Chain Leadership
Objective:Drive high-confidence buying in a long-lead, global supply environment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner With Global Brand HQs On:
annual budgetsoption counts
size and colour curves
MOQ and commitment planning
Translate Indian market insights into forward-looking buy decisions.
Balance fashion risk, currency exposure, and inventory productivity.

Data-Led Merchandising & Demand Management
Objective:
Maximise sell-through and working capital efficiency using analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Use Myntra data to:forecast demand
optimise replenishment
control ageing and obsolescence
Apply Price Elasticity, Conversion And Traffic Analysis To Drive:
discount strategy
Inventory movement
Decide which SKUs to push, replenish, mark down or exit.

Financial & P&L Ownership
Objective:Deliver profitable, sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Own:
revenue,gross margin, markdowns,inventory, MRP laddering
Partner with Finance and Growth teams to ensure commercial discipline.
Defend buying, pricing and inventory decisions with data.

Build long-term brand value in India.

Protect: brand positioning, price perception, premium equity
Ensure promotional and markdown strategies.
Align assortment and communication with global brand codes.
