We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Associate Director - Commercial (Corporate) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and optimizing business operations within our corporate environment.

• Develop and implement strategic commercial plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of commercial professionals
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Oversee contract negotiations and manage key client relationships
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of commercial strategies with overall business goals
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Drive continuous improvement in commercial processes and practices
• Present strategic recommendations and performance reports to senior leadership

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 8-10 years of experience in commercial roles within a corporate environment
• Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills
• Excellent financial analysis and budgeting capabilities
• Demonstrated experience in business development and contract negotiation
• Advanced project management and team leadership abilities
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Deep understanding of commercial operations in a corporate setting
• Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
