The Associate Director of Marketing at Elite DNA Behavioral Health leads execution across marketing channels, ensuring strategies are translated into measurable results. This role manages team operations, project workflows, and vendor coordination to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand. The position requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Senior Director of Marketing to develop and execute strategic marketing programs, prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and evaluate vendor performance.
- Translate strategic vision into actionable operational plans; review daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to assess clinic health and lead volume across 40+ markets. Compile and present data for leadership reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Clinical, IT, HR, and Business Development teams to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals and ensure seamless execution across departments.
- Work closely with marketing SMEs to shape strategy, direction, and execution across all channels.
- Manage entry-level staff by providing daily support, setting clear goals, and leading weekly team meetings.
- Direct website projects by providing creative direction, content, and deadlines to the web team.
- Oversee digital advertising and SEO programs in partnership with external agencies; ensure campaign compliance and alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor marketing program budgets, pacing, and expenditures to maintain fiscal accountability.
- Review and approve daily content across digital and social platforms to ensure brand consistency and compliance.
- Lead the content calendar across email, social media, and blogs to maintain consistent engagement and messaging cadence.
- Collaborate on the implementation and optimization of marketing tools and technologies.
- Partner with the brand team to approve messaging and creative strategy, ensuring adherence to brand standards across all materials.
- Support patient and crisis communication efforts by drafting or reviewing sensitive messaging.
- Coordinate employer brand and internal promotion initiatives with HR, communications, and external partners.
- Partner with Business Development to implement B2B marketing strategies targeting physician referral sources.
- Support brand and communications teams with traditional advertising, PR initiatives, and community engagement strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications.
- 5+ years of marketing experience in a dedicated Marketing or Communications role with preferably 2+ years operating in a leadership capacity.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, marketing mix, digital marketing channels, and brand strategy.
- Demonstrated success managing multi-channel marketing programs (website, SEO, social, and email).
- Strong project management and communication skills; ability to manage competing deadlines and help set priorities.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, content management systems, project management tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience in CRM’s, technical marketing implementations, and SEO tools is a plus.
- Experience in placing digital and social media advertising and implementing email marketing campaigns is a plus.
- Experience in healthcare or multi-location environments is a plus.
