Associate Director - Project Controls

The project:

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure. Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

Mace is currently providing the programme management and are looking for high-calibre experienced people.

You’ll be responsible for:

Accountable for PMO and project controls performance on assigned commissions.
Design and implement effective PMO and project controls frameworks and strategies.
Lead clients, consultants, contractors and teams on all PMO and controls matters.
Act as trusted advisor and subject matter expert to client organisations.
Direct project teams on cost, schedule, risk, change and reporting processes.
Oversee governance, baseline management and quantitative risk analysis delivery.
Mentor and manage junior PMO and project controls resources to build capability.
Champion service excellence, innovation and net zero carbon transition.

You’ll need to have:

Degree qualification in a relevant subject.
Major project or programme delivery experience.
Professional membership or Chartered status.
Necessary criteria for visa requirements.
