This position is based in Bengaluru and will require some on-site work.
Purpose and Scope:
The Lead, Reporting and Analytics plays a critical role in providing valuable strategic direction and leadership across the Global Reporting Portfolio. This role will own a key field management reporting platform and its evolution into the future to drive global and regional reporting alignment. This role will deliver a critical connection point between Global Reporting and end delivery into Regional and Affiliate leadership
This position will work collaboratively with partners such as global/regional commercial & Medical brand teams/marketing, global/regional Commercial Insights teams, the Data Strategy team, Omnichannel Strategy & Operations, and Information Systems team and will contribute to data/metrics harmonization and insights sharing.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Lead the Compass reporting portfolio in Europe as the accountable business owner. Maintain existing solutions and proactively grow the reporting footprint to new areas (Eg Market access)
- Plan and lead execution of all field reporting deployments, enhancements, Incidents and Change requests effectively to the organization and global expansion
- Lead the Business in ensuring all interdependencies of Source system changes (DW, VEEVA, BPC) are fully planned and managed across commercial divisions to ensure known impact to the reporting portfolio
- Be an accountable Business owner for the Data warehouse environments evolution and development
- Lead a program of reporting solution enhancements from MVP (Minimum viable product) to full Product via effective release management and CAB’s (Change advisory boards)
- Establish and implement a business governance framework to protect the regional/ Global approaches and requirements to ensure a sustainable solution via business reporting communities
- Drive and own business adoption of the global and regional reporting solutions
- Manage and prioritise Incidents on behalf of the Business to ensure tickets raised are prioritized correctly working closely with IS colleagues
- Work closely with the Global and Commercial Division Commercial Insights leads, Omnichannel Strategy & Operations team, Global Brand Directors, Affiliate Brand Managers and OPEX Leadership to deliver reporting dashboards for performance assessment and opportunities discovery, to support, and to assess emerging business needs/reporting requirements.
- Provide consulting to the key stakeholders in the Reporting requirements gathering phase to ensure objectives are clearly defined and can be measured
- Manage third party providers on as needed basis and ensure deliverables fully meet contractual obligations and are of highest caliber.
Embed an Ethics and Compliance culture and Integrity in Action by proactively addressing non-compliance.
Quantitative Dimensions :
- Quality and timeliness of reporting deliverables, insights generation and strategic support for assigned products/projects based on feedback from key partners and cross-functional colleagues including quality of the collaboration.
- Adoption of global reporting solutions to agreed Benchmarks
- Ability to meet/exceed established key milestones related to major projects.
- Management of projects within approved operating budget.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business-related field
- 8+ years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experiecned with sales and activity data sets National and Subnational
- Experience In selling models, Incentive cycles & salesforce effectiveness techniques and Measurements
- Ability to understand technical data architecture and data warehouse structures
- Experience with visualization tools like Qlik View/Qlik Sense and/or Tableau
- Experience in KPI and diagnostic metrics development
- Expericend in project management
- Abitilty to develop business requirements into end outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in business-related field
