Opportunity Schedule is MON/WED 8:30AM-5PM & TUES/THURS 7AM-3PM STARTING SALARY POTENTIAL IS $750-$1000/DAY FOR BETWEEN 30-90 DAY & THEN MOVES TO A ADJ. PRODUCTIONS BASED TIER STRUCTURE OF 30-34%

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including exams, diagnostics, restorative treatments, and preventive care
• Create personalized treatment plans that align with patient needs, goals, and financial considerations
• Maintain a patient-centered approach while delivering care efficiently
• Handle and maintain a productive daily schedule with professionalism and consistency
• Foster a positive, respectful working relationship with hygienists, assistants, and front-office staff
• Communicate clearly with patients about treatment options, procedures, and expectations
• Deliver compassionate care to a high volume of Medicaid patients
• Perform emergency and same-day procedures when needed.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active North Carolina dental license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong clinical skills in general dentistry; experience with Medicaid patient care is a plus
• Bilingual ability would be a bonus but is not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a full, fast-paced schedule effectively
• Team-player mindset with a commitment to patient and staff well-being
• Dependable, ethical, and motivated to provide high-quality care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $750.00 - $1,000.00 per day
