Our Client is seeking a social, upbeat, and professional Dental Associate to join their dynamic, fast paced practice. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS OFFERING A 1099 POSITION, THAT STARTS AT $900/DAY FOR 90 DAYS THEN MOVES TO A TIERED STRUCTURE, BASED ON COLLECTIONS RANGING FROM 30-35%

QUALIFICATIONS

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school & active state licensing
  • 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff, maintaining an efficient office.
  • Confident in restorative, endodontics (including molars), extractions, prosthodontics, pediatrics, and perio.
  • Willingness to make a long-term commitment to the practice and our community for its growth and success.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Deliver efficient, high quality, patient centered care

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop individualized treatment plans that align with the best interest of each patient, addressing both immediate and long-term dental health goals.
  • Demonstrate Passion for Patient Care: Provide high-quality, patient-centered dental care with enthusiasm, compassion, and a commitment to patient comfort, building patient trust.

  • Work closely with dentists, and support staff, ensuring a cohesive approach to patient care.
  • Managing patient records, and maintaining sterilization protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and organized operatory, with regard for quick and efficient turnover times.

EXPECTATIONS

An associate dentist is expected to provide high-quality, patient-centered care, diagnose and treat dental conditions, and manage emergencies. They collaborate with the dental team, maintain accurate records, and follow office protocols., uphold ethical standards, and contribute to patient satisfaction and the overall growth of the practice
