Associate General Dentist

Job Summary
Our client is seeking a hardworking, skilled, and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our thriving 20-operatory practice. In this role, you’ll have approximately three-quarters of the practice dedicated to your patient flow as well as our fully supported clinical environment. Candidates should be comfortable with implant placement and surgical extractions, and thrive in a high-volume setting while maintaining excellent clinical outcomes.

This opportunity offers astarting salary of $800-$900/daily guarantee then moves to a 30% of Collections. The Position is for a Full Time Opportunity 4-5 days/weekly and the office hours are 8am-5pm with a 1 hour lunch

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver comprehensive general dentistry services to a diverse patient population
• Lead clinical decision-making and treatment planning for the practice
• Ensure exceptional patient care, comfort, and education
• Oversee and mentor dental support staff to maintain efficient operations
• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold best clinical practices
• Contribute to growth through high-quality production and patient retention
• Coordinate and provide oral conscious sedation when appropriate (if certified)

QUALIFICATIONS

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active state dental license (or ability to obtain)
• 3-5 years of clinical experience preferred
• A strong work ethic and a desire to grow clinically and financially
• Comfortable leading clinical decisions and mentoring support staff.
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• High degree of professionalism and patient-centered care
• Oral Conscious Sedation/DOCS certification highly preferred (or willingness to obtain)

EXPECTATIONS

The ideal candidate is expected to produce between $5,000–$6,000 daily. Our fully supported clinical environment includes EFTAs, Dental Assistants, CBCT technology, and Dandy scanners to ensure efficient, high-quality care. With 20 TOTAL operatories available, you'll have the resources and infrastructure to maintain a high-volume, efficient schedule without sacrificing quality of care.
