Responsibilities
Graduate
- Develop and implement land acquisition strategies in alignment with project requirements and business goals.
- Lead negotiations with landowners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to acquire land for thermal projects.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and environmental standards during the land acquisition process.
- Manage a team of land acquisition professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve objectives.
- Conduct due diligence on potential land parcels and assess any associated risks or challenges.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Legal, Environmental, and Project Management to facilitate smooth land acquisition processes.
- Prepare and present reports on land acquisition progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, policies, and best practices related to land acquisition and recommend improvements or changes as necessary.

Represent the company in land acquisition-related meetings, public hearings, and community engagements.
