Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager (SSM) I of the Revenue Services SoCal Unit (Unit), in the Revenue Services Office (Office), part of the Policy and Resource Branch, in the Licensing Division (Division), within the Department of Cannabis Control (Department), the Associate Governmental Program Analyst will provide a high level of support to the Unit and perform a wide variety of analytical, administrative, and customer service duties. The incumbent will ensure compatibility with statewide policies that demand a high degree of independent action, analysis, initiative, and knowledge of state and Department policies and procedures. This may have lead role responsibilities and will require a high level of independent judgment, analytical skills, initiative, and expertise in state and Department policies, procedures, and best practices. Additionally, the incumbent will be required to obtain a thorough knowledge of appropriate administrative practices for the Department.

Special Requirements

Conflict of Interest (COI) - This position is subject to COI Regulations. The incumbent is required to submit a Statement of Economic Interests (Form 700) within 30 days of assuming office, annually by April 1st, and within 30 days of leaving office.
