Associate Growth Marketer

We’re looking for a confident, passionate, and energetic Associate Growth Marketer to join our team and support high-impact growth initiatives across digital products.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in growth marketing, brand building, and customer acquisition while working closely with experienced teams.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives across digital channels
• Assist in building and strengthening brand presence (content, social platforms, web)
• Contribute to demand generation efforts through research, content, and campaigns
• Help identify and understand target audiences and user behavior
• Track and report on campaign performance and key growth metrics
Collaborate with marketing, product, and cross-functional teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 0–1 year of experience in marketing, growth, or a related field
• Strong interest in growth marketing, startups, and digital products
• Confident communicator with a proactive and positive attitude
• Highly motivated, curious, and eager to learn
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (content, social, email, etc.)
• Analytical mindset with an interest in data and performance tracking
• Self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative
