About the Role : FRESHER / INTERN [ 0-2 year ]

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR cum Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support both human resources operations and business development activities — helping with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement, while also assisting in client outreach, lead generation, and partnership development.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources (HR)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
  • Assist in performance management and appraisal coordination.
  • Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll data for HR compliance.

Business Development (BD)

  • Identify and generate new business leads through LinkedIn, job portals, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Reach out to potential clients to present company services and offerings.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and client communication.
  • Follow up with leads and assist in closing deals.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with business opportunities and client information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BBA, MBA, or equivalent preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or business development (internship experience counts).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities across departments.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and a quick learner.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, or Indeed for sourcing and lead generation.
  • Knowledge of HR software or CRM tools is an added advantage.
  • Comfortable with cold calling, emailing, and client interactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
