Specific responsibilities will include:

● Support the hiring process for roles with Central Teams (includes hiring of support function roles, interns, contractual staff, alumni ambassadors, consultants, temp staff, IJP’s).

● Pre Onboarding, Onboarding, Post Onboarding documentation for all new joinees for Central Teams.(including system updates on HRMS)

● Managing leave & attendance reports and assisting in the monthly payroll input

● Handling various data requests and supporting necessary data requirements during audits.

● Respond to queries received from Central employees regards HR practices, processes & policies

● Co-ordinate exit formalities across Central Teams, including trigger of F&F formalities, providing payroll input for F&F cases, release of requisite documentation related to exit, including statutory compliance documentation.

● Maintain, track and monitor various data trackers, including attrition data, new joinees data, off roll data, various other metrics as needed at an org level, from time to time.

● Support & co-ordinate staff meetings, HR events and engagement activities.

What you need for this role:

● Should have handled recruitment, sourcing & end to end hiring for at least 3 years

● HR Generalist, experienced in HR Operations, HRMS, Data Analytics, Compliances.

● Should have an understanding of managing employee events and engagement activities.

● Proficiency in the use of the MS office toolkit, tech savvy, exposure to new age ways of working

● Excellent communication and articulation skills

● Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with a diverse range of people;

● Ability to deal with information in a confidential manner and respond with sensitivity;

● Administrative and IT skills, and an ability to maintain records and produce reports
