Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is searching for an Industrial/Principal Industrial Engineer Level 2/3 to lead our manufacturing optimization efforts in Kettering, OH.
Role Overview:
In this role, you will work together with Engineering and Operations to develop and refine production build schedules, implement cost-saving solutions and drive efficiency improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
This position is on-site in Iuka, MS and cannot be performed remotely. Travel is estimated to be around 10%.
This role can be filled at a Industrial Engineer or a Principal Industrial Engineer Level 2/3 depending on the qualifications below.

Primary Level Salary Range: $61,200.00 - $91,800.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $73,900.00 - $110,900.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
