Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of legal tasks including drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, conducting legal research, and providing legal advice.
• Work closely with clients, attend client meetings, prepare for trials, and collaborate with other team members on various legal matters.

Qualifications

• Experience in drafting legal documents and providing legal advice
• Strong research and litigation skills
• Excellent communication and advocacy skills
• Client management and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of commercial and corporate law
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent
• Membership in the bar association
