Litigation Manager

Job Responsibilities


  • Litigation Management: Independently responsible for the process management of all the company's proceedings, including case analysis, drafting of pleadings, case filing, court appearance, enforcement, etc., until the case is concluded.
  • Accounts Receivable Collection: Lead and drive the collection of accounts receivable arising from leasing services, and formulate and implement effective legal collection strategies
  • External Resource Management: Select, coordinate, and manage external law firms, lawyers, and legal advisors to ensure the quality and cost-effectiveness of their work.
  • Risk prevention and control: Identify legal risks in the company's business operations, especially risks related to contract performance and customer credit, and provide forward-looking preventive suggestions.
  • Contracts and Compliance: Review major business contracts to ensure they comply with Saudi laws and regulations; handle other legal compliance matters related to the company's operations.
  • Communication and Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal departments such as business, operations, and finance, and establish and maintain good working relationships with local courts, government agencies, and other relevant institutions.


Qualifications and Requirements

  • Has a bachelor's degree or above in law from a Saudi local university.
  • Hold a local Saudi lawyer's practice qualification or relevant legal practice permit.
  • 3-5 years of substantive litigation experience in a local Saudi law firm or corporate legal department, with a successful record of independently handling commercial disputes and accounts recovery cases.
  • Proficient in Saudi Arabia's legal system, civil litigation procedures and labor law .
  • Native-level Arabic proficiency , capable of proficiently using Arabic for drafting legal documents and courtroom debates.
  • Fluent in English, which can be used as a working language.


  • Priority consideration:
  • Has work experience in the construction equipment, leasing, industrial, or logistics industries.
  • has good connections and resources in the local legal community in Saudi Arabia.
  • Familiar with the application of Islamic law in commercial contracts.
