JOB TITLE

Associate, Leasing | MAF Properties | Asset Management Egypt

Role Summary

The position is responsible for performing various administrative tasks for the Leasing department and coordinating with various departments, including tenants, to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning through regular follow- ups in a timely manner within the assigned area. Leasing Associate is also responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing all aspects of lease agreement ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Leasing team, including deal instructions, generating CRM proposals, obtaining legal documents, and managing correspondence.
  • Act as a liaison between the Leasing department and other internal departments as well as external stakeholders, such as tenants, to facilitate smooth operations and timely communication.
  • Proactively follow up on outstanding tasks and issues within the department and with tenants to ensure that all obligations and deadlines are met.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lease agreements, amendments, and related documentation, ensuring that all information is easily accessible and well-organized.
  • Generate regular reports on lease status and administrative tasks to keep management informed and support decision-making processes.
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise in relation to lease agreements or tenant interactions promptly and effectively.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives within the Leasing department as needed, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Must have computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft office applications. (Microsoft word/Microsoft Excel/Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft power point)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in shopping malls/real estate.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
